With approved credit, we require a non-refundable deposit fee through Sure Deposit in the amount of $87.50. Depending on the result of approval criteria, an additional, refundable security deposit may be required in addition to your Sure Deposit fees. This deposit can range from $250.00 to $500.00. - Gross monthly income must be a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount and satisfactory credit rating is required. - All Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 1 year with new credit established in good standing. - Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year rental history.
