I'm currently moving to a new home and my lease is not up until August 19th. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease on May 15th or by June 1st. Renter must qualify as well and I would be removing myself from the lease. Diamond Forest would extend a lease agreement offer after August 19th if you would like to remain in the apartment. I love the community. Great neighbors and very quiet. There is also a swimming pool, Gym, and tennis court as well. Maintenance is also always available for repairs and issue they respond by next day. 4 months with option to renew when lease ends
