There is a partially covered large front deck with a gas grill, table and chairs, and a retractable gate, a porch swing hanging in the oak tree on the side of the building, and off-street parking for two cars. There are two TVs with Wi-Fi and Roku for Netflix and digital antennas for local TV channels. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the living room and dining area with a bar and two stools.
