We DO NOT accept housing vouchers. Individuals who do not meet the above four requirements (including those with prior evictions) are welcome to apply. However, the rent for the first month will be $2,900, along with a $2,900 security deposit. After one year of on-time payments, the tenant will receive two months of free rent. This policy is in place to protect the landlord in the event that the tenant refuses to pay rent, while offering the same terms as a tenant with an excellent background after one year of timely payments.
