Just bought this well-lit and spacious end unit townhouse a 5min walk to Taylor Mountain with its hiking/mountain biking trails and frisbee golf course! Looking for one roommate and planning to use the third bedroom as a guest room/office, so you can choose either room you want! All furniture in the pics isn't mine, so it'll be replaced. Room can come furnished with a nightstand and full bed or unfurnished. Mostly private bathroom (except when there are guests, which I'm not expecting to be very often). I do already have a super outgoing cat, but well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional $400 deposit as long as they're okay with cats. A little about me: I'm a 24 year old biomedical engineer and spend most weekends out skiing or climbing or hiking. Work a pretty regular 8-5 from home, but expecting to go back to the office in the next few months. I try to be as eco-friendly as possible, so looking for someone like-minded! All utilities will be split evenly when the bill comes (expected to be ~$100/mo each). Pets welcome as long as they won't kill my cat and my cat won't kill them (so probably no hamster-like pets, sorry!). Spacious 2 car garage which we can both use and have some extra storage space.
