There's an A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and an on-site laundry room for the five units to share. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. We can show the apartment anytime Monday through Friday, from about 10am-5pm, with at least 24 hours notice.
