New roof replaced less than eight months ago. This house has a very solid foundation. There are no cracks in the foundation. I have extensively remodeled. I put heat ducting all through the house where before there was only one central output. I put in a full bath with jetted tub in the basement. I added an egress window in the basement. I installed a gas wood stove in the basement. There is a new water heater. The toilets have a higher height. There are new windows installed in approximately 2002, these include a large garden window in the kitchen and a bay window in the living room. All of the basement windows are also replaced. I also installed a hexagon window in the living room. There are custom window coverings. Hardwood floors, laminate tile in kitchen, laminate wood tile in Basement. There is a large walk in closet in the bedroom downstairs. There is a "cold storage" closet in the basement. This has steel siding, painted in 2007.
