This is a pretty unique house that is super clean and has a ton of character. With original hardwood floors throughout, original fixtures and appliances, you'll be hard pressed to find another place like this. Oh, and the entire basement is dry, insulated, and very clean. It's workshop ready. So I'm completely clear, this is a well maintained house, but is very dated. The bathroom fixtures are pink, the oven is a wall mount with a separate countertop stove. Everything is functional (including the central vacuum system), and I'd just hate to update it. It's not often you find a house this well taken care of. Terms: Pets are welcome, but need to be at least 3 years old, and will need a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet. I'm flexible on what day of the month rent will be due.
