Place has its own parking around back and a covered porch. Inside you will find all kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and an updated bathroom. Tenant pays all utilities which includes gas, electric and water/sewage. Tenant is responsible for lawn upkeep and snow removal. Tenant must sign a one year lease and rent is due the first of the month. A late fee is incurred after the 5th of the month for $50. There is a $1100 deposit. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home.
