There is also a cement patio where a table and chairs can fit easily. we will consider a pet but the rent with a pet will be $1700. Owner pays Water and Sewer. Tenant pays garbage, electric, and gas. We have a washer and dryer that the tenant can use, but we are not maintaining those appliances. If Tenant does not want those and would like to use different ones, we can remove them. Rental price is $1600. If a pet is desired it must be approved and the rent will be increased to $1700.
