I am a GWU student and renting my spacious studio in Foggy Bottom for the summer, can be extended if needed. Move-in and out dates are flexible. The house has a full bathroom, a dressing room, and a balcony. The building has a gym. The rent includes all the utilities. Minutes away from the Foggy Bottom metro, even closer to GWU campus and facilities. It comes as unfurnished but some furniture and cable modem can be sold at low prices. The laundry is in the building. The indoor parking is $225/month. Only, emotional support animals and service animals are allowed in the building.
