We have a room for rent in our 4 bedroom house starting Dec 1. 1 year lease, nonsmoking house. No pets per landlord, sorry! Rent: $530 rent Deposit $250 (to departing housemate) Utilities: $60-$150/month depending Location: We are a few blocks off 21st & Division, right by the Clinton bikeway, New Seasons, People's Food Coop, and walking/biking distance to a bunch of cool bars and restaurants. About the house/room: This is a 4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom shared between 3 roommates on the main floor. The room for rent is on the main floor off the living area with wood flooring and two large windows for lots of light. Other: - No dishwasher or garbage disposal, so with 4 people kitchen tidiness and fridge organization are big here! - No central AC, but the house has lots of tree cover and stays fairly cool most of the summer - Mellow street, lots of parking + 1 car driveway (no system, we just rotate) - Washer/dryer in the finished basement - We have a backyard, fire pit, and small storage room for bikes and gear - Responsive and helpful landlords! About you: We're looking for a good communicator who appreciates a clean space as much as we do! We use a chore chart to stay on top of things, but prefer someone who likes to clean and is proactive about house chores without needing the accountability. The house has typically been all women, but our priority is finding a good fit. We're looking for someone who works full time and consistently pays rent/utilities on time. Below is a little about us! We are three women in our mid-twenties to early-thirties. We enjoy lots of outdoor activities but also staying home crafting, reading and watching movies.
