    Cute 3+2 Castle Rock home in the Founders Village area. This is an open floor plan with a great room, fireplace, gas cooktop, and washer and gas dryer included. This home is managed by the homeowners rather than a management company and we promptly address anything that is not right in the home. The main level master has a large walk in closet and direct access to the newer rear concrete patio. The back yard has a 300 square foot patio; plush grass (automatic sprinklers); as storage shed; and a pet area should you have a dog included in the rental contract. Upstairs has a standard bedroom and a large bedroom with a hall bathroom. This home has a newer attic fan that helps keep the upstairs at a similar temperature to the downstairs on hot summer days. The basement is primarily carpeted with a wet bar; office/den area; and the laundry room with natural gas dryer. There is an HOA in the area that maintains athletic fields, trails, trash service and a swimming pool during the summer months. HOA and taxes are paid by the landlord and utilities are paid by the tenant. No smoking. There is a $250 non-refundable pet deposit per dog (no more than two) and a $25 per month rent increase (per pet). Sorry; no cats. It is the tenants responsibility to abide by all HOA rules and keep any potential pets quiet (even if other pets aren't). Good credit is preferred but landlord is not score driven. I would like to see what is coming in and going out each month and how the rental costs would be a good fit for the both of us. I am giving the current tenants at least 24 hours for showings and will try to double them up so I can keep the house COVID clean. Masks are required indoors to see the property.
