This 1 bedroom, 3/4 bathroom cabin has a lightly stocked kitchen with some dishes, if needed. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa and bedroom has a queen bed. Extra storage space in the back of the cabin, if needed. Gas heat keeps the cabin toasty warm during the colder months. The cabin has an unfenced, shared yard with 4 other cabins. Sorry no pets or smoking, please. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric bills. Landlord pays water, garbage and internet (tenant is responsible if cable and upgrades are desired). Cabin is available on a month to month basis until 6/1/23. Renter is responsible for gas and electric bills. Landlord pays water, garbage and internet. If the tenant desires higher speed internet or cable, they are responsible for their own services. The cabin has an unfenced, shared yard with 4 other cabins. Tenants are responsible for keeping sidewalk in front of the cabin clear; snow shovel is provided. Landlord is responsible for yard care.
