The pool area and covered laundry facilities are shared with the tenants in the rear apartment. There is weekly pool service and monthly landscaping maintenance. Renters are welcome to set-up a barbeque and outdoor furniture on one side of the pool area. It's a three block walk to Safeway, a block to public transit stop, an easy bike ride to the U of A and restaurants. You are within sight of the U of A stadium. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. There is ample parking for two vehicles in the front of the apartment (off street). Parking is limited to the renters, their occasional visitors and is not to be sublet. Owner pays the water, sewer, refuse collection, pool and landscaping services.. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, TV and Internet connection. No smoking is allowed. Lease is for a minimum of one year. Security deposit is due at the time of signing the lease. Late fees will be charged if rent not paid according to the terms of the Lease Agreement. Tenancy is restricted to the signers of the lease. Pets are negotiable. Depends upon the pet and the time the pet will be left alone. There is a TBD non-refundable fee.
