The guest house is in back of the big house. It is very clean and private. Has central heat and air, all appliances, ceiling fans, blinds, granite countertops in kitchen and bath. Tile floors in kitchen and living room. The bedroom has wood floors. 1 parking place, in the back of property is the bike rail trail. Deltona Walmart is 2 miles away. The big house in front is also a rental, and is rented. Please don't bother them, they know nothing about the rental. Electric is free up to $60 a month, after that the renter pays the extra amount. Water, lawn maintenance , and garbage are included in the rent. One year lease. No smoking inside house. No pets.
