Additions, upgrades and maintenance: 1. Added a 42' x 18' salt water pool in March 2015. 2. Poured a concrete slab that surrounds the pool and is nested along the back of the house. There are four french doors that open onto the patio and makes for excellent entertaining. 3. Installed a high ceiling screen enclosure manufactured and installed to Florida hurricane standards.
