Additions, upgrades and maintenance: 1. Added a 42' x 18' salt water pool in March 2015. 2. Poured a concrete slab that surrounds the pool and is nested along the back of the house. There are four french doors that open onto the patio and makes for excellent entertaining. 3. Installed a high ceiling screen enclosure manufactured and installed to Florida hurricane standards. The screen enclosure surrounds the perimeter of the pool with 2800 sq ft of added outdoor living area. The pool is in the center. The screen enclosure has a double door and two single doors for ease of access to the backyard and large stone fire pit. 4. Installed a large circular (6' diameter) stone fire pit surrounded by flagstone pavers that are 19' in diameter. Very nice for entertaining friends and children. 5. New GE convection oven, microwave and dish washer installed September 2018. 6. Installed new Heat Pump in Feb 2018. Indoor air handler and outdoor compressor. 7. Installed 240 feet of new plastic leachfield chamber lines in March 2017.
