Below the deck you'll find ample parking for up to two vehicles, and the area under the porch provides plenty of outside storage options. The crawlspace is easy to access, and head space is plentiful near the entrance. A whole-house water filter finds it's home there, as well as plenty of room for under-cabin storage, if needed. The cabin is also winterization ready, if you are a seasonal buyer, and has both underfloor full insulation as well as copper water lines that are all fully wrapped. The attic is fully insulated, as well. In late 2017 and early 2018 several snow events that provided proof that everything is ready to make it thru any winter! The cabin and guest cabin both have baseboard heating, along with wood-burning stoves.
