Security cameras at front & rear of property. Ducted heating & cooling with programmable thermostat. 12 month lease term. Any partial month will be charged on a prorated basis. Security deposit is to be paid within 1 business day from mutual execution of the lease. Security deposit is equal to 1 month rent + an additional $300 for pet(s). Rent is due on the 1st of each month & is considered late on the 2nd of the month, however, late fees will not be assessed until the 9th of the month.
