Pet fees are non-refundable and are $150 per pet. Rental Security Deposit is 1 full months rent pre-paid. Proof of renters insurance is required. $49.99 non-refundable application fee. Only applicants who complete the application will be considered for property viewing/showing. All utilities and lawn care are the responsibility of the renter and are not included in the monthly rental charge. Property is not set up to accept Section 8 Housing.
