Two miles from Boston Medical Center or UMASS, 5 minutes from Castle Island and Carson Beach, 20 mins to MIT or Harvard or if you like hiking, Blue Hills are located 15 minutes away. The rent is $2,200/mo (water and sewage included, tenant would be responsible for other utilities). First, last month rent and security deposit required moving in. ($6600).
