Nice place to live, next to a quiet park for children. Public beach is a mile up the street. Awesome swimming lake.Home has solid bones, has pass a home inspection .Will update ,as home gets redone.(Home was gutted bear, and is being refreshed) All new wiring threw out home.All new bath, new insulation threw out, all new sheet rock threw out home. Just finishing some room of sheet rock. Just tape and mud and paint.Put kitchen back in.All new plumbing. New window and doors. Roof is repaired, no leaks. Great starter home.
