Respect common spaces for everybody, Keep common areas organized. 2. Respect personal property: Don't take or borrow something that doesn't belong to you without permission. Label and date your food in the fridge to avoid confusion and expired food. 3. Background checks: All roommates and overnight guests must undergo a background check before moving in or visiting regularly. 4. Quiet hours: No loud noises or music after 8:00 PM. No hosting parties or gatherings without prior agreement from all roommates and property's manager. 5. Take out the trash: Roommates will take turns taking out the trash and recycling. 6.
