Located in Franconia, this home is just steps from Cannon Mountain and Mittersill Alpine Resort, and right at the entrance of Franconia Notch State Park. Loon Mountain, Lincoln, and Bretton Woods are about 20 minutes away, offering award-winning spas, restaurants, and a myriad of activities such as zip-lining, rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, and more. Santa's Village and other attractions are also a short drive away. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. No pets and no unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $300 fee and immediate termination of stay for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for noise violations. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violations.
