The apartment for rent has 1 large bedroom and 1 small bedroom, the small room can be used for office if desire or can be kids room. The apartment has a nice/spacious living area, 1 large full bath, the kitchen has a lot of cabinet storage space, a small pantry, and a large in-unit laundry room. There is a small deck on the rear of the unit that could be used as private entry and the apartment has been a big attic space for storage. Parking space is located on the side of unit and it can fit about 2 to 3 cars. Owner will provide heat and hot water, tenant will pay their own electric. Pets are welcome but will need to be respectful of owners rules. Owner prefer non-smokers. The monthly rent is $2000 per month.
