Welcome to The Big Awesome 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in the vibrant Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, just one block off Peachtree Street. This modern and classically renovated condominium is designed for both short-term visits and extended stays, offering easy access to Midtown and Buckhead. It includes bi-weekly cleanings with linen and towel change-outs, utilities, HDTV, and one free parking space. The condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta. Pets are welcome with up to two small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage the pets may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. All guests must check-in online using the virtual front desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the check-in and lodging agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified. The minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years old. A valid credit card for identity verification and/or incidentals/damages, a picture of your government-issued photo ID, and a live selfie are required. Identity verification and criminal background checks may be performed on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay, and the reservation may be terminated for any reason.
