Fully finished basement with office/study/crafts, TV room, and laundry room (with extra king-size bed). The entire house is fully furnished and ready to move in. Heating is baseboard electric and wood-burning fireplace on the main level, and pellet stove in the basement. Backyard ready for large dogs and/or horses with feeders and heated water. Generator provides electricity in case of power outage. First, and last month rent + security deposit. At least one-year lease. Owner pays HOA (includes water and street snow removal). Renter pays for electric ($100-$200/month). Renter also pays (HughesNet, $100/month) internet and (Dish, $80/month) TV if needed. Cats, dogs, horses, goats, chicken are welcome. No smoking.
