We have already installed a custom post and beam style pergola with a shade sail and lounging chairs and picnic table along with a grilling area. Easily accessible to such a large privately shared Outdoor open space/ yard really makes it feel like a country home!
Unit #3 is a pretty cool space along with the extra perks and many included services. We are "mom and pop" personable & experienced landlords that are Very hands-on with the building maintenance, and friendly and communicative with our tenants. This is a smoke-free property. We might consider a kitty, but absolutely no dogs of any size, (even though we love them). Tenant pays for heat* (electricity/WiFi/coin-op laundry, Landlord pays for water/sewer/snowplowing/trash service/lawn services). We require Security Deposit and (likely a full year) lease, credit check, recent pay stubs, references, the usual responsible stuff! Pretty basic!
