Calling all Cape Cod Baseball League fans! This house, the former home of the legendary 'Mrs. E' has housed over 150 CCBL players over the years, some of whom *may* have recently played in and *possibly* won the biggest baseball series in North America. The house is ready for its next chapter (or inning, as it were). We've taken up the rugs to reveal gorgeous oak floors, cleaned the air ducts, and finished a short punch list of electrical maintenance. But there's more that it's ready for. That's where you come in! Refinish the floors, paint the walls, and update the kitchen. Bonus: we have already done a home inspection and are happy to share the report.
