Nice size Private room with good size private bath. Room is upstairs and is 12' x 11'. The Room has carpet on floor and bathroom has tile. Room faces a hill with trees and plants, etc. outside window. Quiet and safe condo with patio, and nice neighbors. Use of Kitchen is limited with only light cooking and also use of Microwave. Must clean up after yourself. Currently, kitchen being renovated/upgraded and there will be new carpet downstairs when kitchen is completed. Pool and Jacuzzi access Room has Roku TV. Many parks around and miles of hiking and biking trails you can catch across street. Costco, Trader Joes, and many shopping stores nearby. Freeways are nearby with the 73 freeway one mile away, and the 5 freeway three miles away No Pets, No couples, No Drugs, Light Drinking OK, No overnight guests, and most of all, Non-Smoker a Must. One sweet indoor cat lives here, but he bothers no one. Minimum 6 month lease with no end time Utilities due mid-month on 15th of each month
