Wegmans...downtown..walk to busline route..very private and convient . location Studio set up nicely with everything you may need...nice sleeping area with large smart TV...also same in the kitchen, sitting area. This unit must have the right tenant for me to accept. Reason being, this house has a (one person) current longtime Mainstay tenant upstairs. The new tenant would need to be very quiet, nonsmoker professional. The goal for me is to insure the new Tennant fits for the main longstay tennant. Therefore, The lease would be month to month to ensure I have the right tenant to fit in this property. If deemed so, certainly a longer stay option to your lease can be made available. The overall house is small so your quarters downstairs in the basement area needs to ensure I have a quiet tenant. This is a nice place for someone that fits this bill... it has on street private parking, a quiet nice neighborhood and is close to many locations.... Airport..Wegmans..dowmtown...etc..I would like to interview all candidates personally. Thank you for your interest to this nice property and location.
