In addition to the one bedroom, the apartment features a room with bead-board walls, a skylight and built-in shelves that could be used as a second bedroom, a study, or a yoga room. It has recently refinished wood floors, views of Mt. Wantastiquet, and ample storage space. The apartment can be leased semi-furnished or unfurnished, as you wish. Tenants also have access to a lovely covered porch. The apartment is in an owner-occupied house. The owners have children and a dog. We will discuss COVID-related safety precautions during the tour. The location is close to the center of Brattleboro. You can easily walk to the Brattleboro Commons, shops, library, and the Retreat Trails. The rent is $900 per month with a one-year minimum lease. No smoking on the premises and no pets. Included in the rent are water, off-street parking for one car, snow plowing, and free laundry. Tenants pay for electricity, pay-as-you-throw trash bags, and DSL/phone/cable.
