The unit is updated with fresh paint and ceiling fans in every room. There is storage space on both the stairwell landing and in the basement. Very green outdoor space in back with shared grill and brand new patio furniture. Coin-op laundry in basement. One parking spot in driveway included. Pets approved on a case-by-case basis.
