In 2004 the entire duplex was totally rebuilt. The inside was completely gutted, all new plumbing and wiring up to code. Kitchen upgraded with new cabinets, stove, exhaust fan, refrigerator and a fan as well as vinyl flooring. The walk in pantry upgraded with cabinets and new sink. First floor added a wash room with cabinets. All new outdoor lighting. All new thermo windows, and the front sidewalk replaced. Again in 2021 the entire inside was all redone. All walls ceilings and woodwork repainted, all flooring redone. Vinyl planks flooring installed in the kitchen, washroom, and pantry, new stainless steel refrigerators and stoves with ranfe hoods in the kitchen and new carpeting installed in the living room, two bedrooms and loft and two stairwas, new fans in the kitchen and living rooms, medicine cabinet upgraded in the bathrooms also new exhaust fans installed, furnaces upgraded burners to gas and new baseboard covers replaced. Basically the entire interior was upgraded and done over.
