County power and water and a well are on the property. Asphalt roads lead to all buildings. The entire 26 acre property has lots of beautiful, mature hardwoods offering numerous nature trails throughout. Directions: From Ashland take Hwy. 77 west to High Pine Rd, go 4 miles to a left onto Pleasant Hill Rd. Go approximately 2 miles to property on the right.
