The house is in the McLean school pyramid with elementary, middle and high school consistently ranked high in most years. There is a private balcony attached for you to relax on. AVAILABLE: Approximately June 1, 20___ (our preference is for tenants who can move in closer to June 1). LAYOUT: The apartment has 2 master bedrooms each with their own private full baths (all tiled), an open concept living room and dining room (engineered wood), 1 kitchen and a half bath in a 1,204 square ft. space.
