Hi! We have a room available for $845 in our shared house starting November 1st in the Edgewater/Sloan's Lake neighborhood. It's a great house with young professionals in a sweet neighborhood that has lots to do nearby(Sloans Lake, beer gardens, breweries, the Edgewater public market, Edgewater 25th street, the Lakeview Lounge). The house common areas are fully furnished, there is a great backyard, and some garage storage for each roommate. Looking to fill the room with similar young professionals(Male or Female) who vibe well with the group. Currently the house has 3 males and 2 female, who are positive, clean, respectful, and responsible. We love the city and mountains for all the fun Colorado activities.
