Hi everyone! We have a room available for $825 in our shared house starting July 1st in the Edgewater/Sloan's Lake neighborhood. It's a great house with other young professionals in a sweet neighborhood that has lots to do nearby(Sloans Lake, beer garden, breweries, the Edgewater public market, 25th street, Lakeview Lounge). The house common areas are fully furnished, there is a great backyard, and some garage storage for each roommate. Looking to fill the room with similar young professionals(Male or Female) who vibes well with the group. Currently the house has 4 males and 1 female, who are positive, clean, respectful, responsible. We love the city and mountains for all the fun activities: breweries, restaurants, sports, concerts, comedy, camping, hiking, skiing, and off-roading.
