The room is spacious with 3 windows, a large closet and a set of built in shelves for a good amount of storage. It can be furnished or not depending on your preference! The decor is high end antique eclectic and the house has all the original features. You'll have private outdoor courtyard with a deck, fire pit and beautiful view of woods and a brook after rains. My bedroom is set up as a suite and I live in there 90+% of the time so you'll pretty much have the run of the house. Located on a beautiful street with other historic homes and awesome neighbors. Come be a part of our downtown resurgence and wonderful community and/or enjoy the natural beauty with horseback riding, rafting, hiking, and kayaking all nearby! The lease is month to month with a 45 day notice. Cleaning and chores will be split evenly in some manner that we determine and agree on. I'm not a neat freak but like things tidy in the common spaces :) Well behaved dogs will be considered, unfortunately my cat doesn't like other cats in the house.
