After almost three years of enjoying my currently family, they have decided to move to a different state. This leaves me with the need to find a new family to love me as much as they did. I offer a slightly bigger yard than most of my neighborhood which backs up to some open space and I have an amazing garden that has produced some amazing tomatoes along with newly installed sod in the back yard. All the appliances stay and are all within 4 years old except the microwave, which is new. There is a dining room/living room area that can host a big gathering for the holidays or just for fun. The basement is finished with a non-conforming bedroom, a room big enough for a game room and a 1/2 bathroom.
