We are looking for one clean, reliable, and respectful roommate, preferably a woman, to fill a bedroom with personal bath in a newly built roomy 4-bedroom home at Empire Point neighborhood in Queen Creek (Empire Blvd and Gary) , 5-15 minutes away from Queen Creek Marketplace, Costco and other facilities. This is a scenic area. Looking for tenants being kind, clean, communicative, and on time with rent. Room with a shared bathroom Rent $650.00/month with a refundable security deposit of $650.00 (preferred a lady tenant.) RENT INCLUDES internet, access to community facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, gym), landscaping, internal washer/dryer, etc. UTILITIES SEPARATE about $50-$100 a month but only really higher during summer months. There is currently space for two cars in the garage, and there is plenty of on-street parking, as well as a driveway. You can alternate days for parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and other common areas are shared in the house and the space includes a couch, a dining table with four chairs, and a refrigerator + in-unit washer/dryer that are permanent to the property and provided by the landlord. No pets are allowed in the property. There is currently a small dog that lives here. You are REQUIRED to smoke outside. If a personal TV is used in the bedroom, it CAN NOT mounted on the wall without prior approval. Proof of employment/pay stub, background + credit check application, and form of identification are REQUIRED if interested after touring. Roommate rules and boundaries will be discussed internally between housemates or can be determined by the property manager should any issues arise.
