The lawn furnishings are modern and teak with Sunbrella cushions. The kidney shaped pool floats in the middle of the lawn. On one side, the property is bordered by mature grapefruit and lemon trees (and even a Meyer lemon hedge and herb garden for you cooks)! The pool sun deck features six chaise lounges and three umbrellas. In addition, there are covered lounge areas located next to the dining room (complete with in-ground fire pit) and also next to the Master Suite. Two water features complete the poolside environment.
