All appliances are included and a majority of the home is already furnished since I will remain living here. It a 3 minute drive to UToledo Main Campus and 7 minute drive to UToledo Health Science Campus so ideal for students studying at either campus! It's also a 7 minute drive from Toledo ProMedica Hospital so also ideal for any healthcare workers! Utilities and yard maintenance will be shared among all the tenants and myself. $500 deposit at the time of signing lease.
