The apartment features a Smart Lock and the garage entrance is on 22nd Terrace, requiring a FOB for access. Smoking is not allowed inside, with a $450 fine for violations. Guests are responsible for their personal items and have up to 10 days to claim any lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay, as deliveries before or after your stay cannot be accepted.
