Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, hangers, safe box, luggage rack, and a dedicated workspace for your laptop. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance. A 2-hour extension is $50, 2-3 hours is 50% of the daily rate, and more than 4 hours is 100% of the daily rate. A pet fee of $100 is applicable for one pet up to 20 pounds. Surgery patients will be charged additional fees for linen damage and extra cleaning ($200) for stains inside the apartment or in the building grounds. We kindly provide white linens and towels, along with cotton rounds or balls and cotton swabs for makeup removal. Please be mindful that these items are intended for personal hygiene. Any use of towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes will result in a charge for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set.
