Excellent Value!! Home was built in 1984 but used only occassionally during the summer months by the family. Wall colors, carpets and appliances are all neutal/warm colors, primarily off-white/tan so nothing appears dated. Central AC and don't forget town sewer. Semi enclosed back porch for warm summer eves and a neighborhood that shows pride of ownership. Incredible value for this lightly used home on a pretty street in the city, close to everything, yet far enough away that it's quiet and peacful.
