Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a fee based on the length of stay, collected separately. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there's plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You'll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn't necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
