You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Up to two pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs (no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there's plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You'll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn't necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions. Guests acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
