Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, weapons, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract and police notification. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check.
