I personally love the unique cream number brick that faces the road. Ceilings in the downstairs reach up to 11 ft or so. The livingroom with it's high ceilings will be great for a new sound system. Wiring on most plugs have been replaced by homeserve experts within the last year. Water heater was replaced 4 years ago. The Upstairs has it's own steel fire escape exit from the laundry room that leads to the backyard. The roof can also be accessed via the steel fire escape.
