This maple sugaring house/operation is available with 105 acres. This is a turn key operation with all equipment, tools and a tracked atv. Currently there are 8000 taps and another 2000 taps rented from the neighbor. In 2022 we produced about 3500 gallons of maple syrup. There is a 16x24 living quarter/cabin as part of the sugarhouse with a loft area for sleeping. The entire sugarhouse/living quarters are insulated and finished in tongue and groove and bead board pine. A 9x 22 concrete patio was poured in August 2022. Additionally the property is comprised of four deeds and has three access points for future subdivision possibilities-two of the access points have driveways, the other one is wooded. A new drilled well was was done in Jan. 2022 and septic design for a four bedroom house is approved with waste water permit. Major equipment included: 4x14 welded stainless oil fired evaporator, 4 post RO, filter press, 40 gal. SS canner, vacuum pumps releaser etc.
